She works with Uwezo Uganda as Senior Program responsible for the management of processes related to Uwezo Learning Assessments. She previously supported the planning and implementation of Uwezo assessments under Twaweza East Africa and supported partners both locally and regionally to integrate citizen led assessment processes in educational program implementation and evaluations. Faridah has over ten years experience in the management and execution of participatory research and in designing and execution of large scale surveys. Prior to joining Twaweza, Faridah participated in researches and Poverty Assessment studies under the Ministry of Finance, planning and Economic development, Centre for Basic Research and Uganda Bureau of Statistics. Faridah holds an MSc in management studies and is passionate about Education and Development research aimed at influencing policy and sustainable transformations.
