We are deeply saddened by the passing of Professor Livingstone S. Luboobi, former Vice Chancellor of Makerere University and a valued member of Uwezo Uganda Board.

Prof. Luboobi has been a distinguished board member whose contributions to Uwezo Uganda's organisational development will be remembered with great admiration. His wisdom, humility, and commitment to excellence has left a lasting mark as he has served with great insights and guidance that has enriched our work.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues during this deeply difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with them as they mourn the loss of a beloved father, grandfather, friend, and scholar.
