John Maate

John Maate is an intern at Uwezo Uganda, supporting the Communications, Research and Administration functions of the organisation. Previously, John worked as a teacher, an examiner with Uganda National Examinations Board – UNEB (PLE) and also participated as an Assessor in the 2022 Assessment of Life Skills and Values in East Africa (ALiVE). He has the zeal to develop a career in Teacher Education and passionate about learning. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Teacher Education from Kyambogo University.
