Dr. Charles T.M. Lusambu

Dr. Charles Tony Mukasa Lusambu is a self-made personality who has gone through the ladders of both professional and educational leadership careers.  He holds a: Grade II Teachers’ Certificate, Grade III Teachers’ Certificate, Diploma in MDD, Diploma in Education, Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Master’s Degree in Education Management and Leadership and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management.

In the field of work, Dr. Lusambu has been a Classroom teacher, Deputy Headteacher, Head teacher, District Education Officer and currently, Assistant Commissioner Primary Education under the Basic Education Department at the Ministry of Education and Sports Headquarters.

Tony has founded some government schools as well as being an Education Proprietor, having founded the Mivule Schools, where he is the Director.  He is the Katikkiro of the Mpindi Clan and is also member of the Ekibiina Ky’Olulimi Oluganda (EKO) Executive Committee.  He is a writer and an eloquent inspiration speaker. Lusambu is the Deputy Director of Ndere Troupe, as well as being a member to some School Management Committee.
